Match Drilling / Drilling Your Own.

 and want to match drill your own, this is how we do it..)

1 - Determine side to side variable  (see pictures A & B)
2 - Put old leg in mill & check vertical variable  (see pictures C & D)
3 - Put new leg in mill & square axle to vertical  (see picture E)
4 - Dial in mill vise  (see picture F)
5 - Position to variable (found in step 1)  (see picture G)
6 - Enter drill  (see picture H)
7 - Drill 1/32 under size  (see picture J)
8 - Ream to size  (see picture K)
9 - Verify  (see pictures L & M)
